If you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment, please do so on the scheduling tool if you reserved a spot there. If not, please contact us as soon as possible at 703-980-3113. This will allow us to find a more convenient time for your appointment or cancel it altogether if necessary. We understand that unforeseen events can arise, and we want to make sure that your cleaning experience is as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
I don’t see my city under “Areas We Serve” does that mean I can’t get my house cleaned with Teresa’s Total Cleaning?
While our listed service area is a reference for the areas we typically clean, we may still be able to provide cleaning services for your home depending on its location. How do I pay for my service?
You can pay for your cleaning service after we provide you with a quote and complete the cleaning.
