Terms and Service Agreement for Teresa's Total Cleaning

Welcome to Teresa's Total Cleaning (the "Company"). By accessing and using the Company's website, services, or products (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement").

Service Description

The Company provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services may include tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, scrubbing and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens, washing windows and window treatments, and decluttering and organizing spaces.

Fees and Payment

The fees for our services will be provided to you in advance of the cleaning and will be based on the size and condition of your property, as well as the specific services requested. Payment is due at the time of service and may be made by cash, check, or credit card.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to show up for a scheduled cleaning, you may be charged a fee of up to 50% of the total cost of the service.

Property Damage

The Company is not responsible for any damage to your property caused by normal cleaning activities. However, if damage is caused by the Company's negligence or wrongdoing, we will make every effort to repair or replace the damaged item at our expense.

Privacy

The Company takes your privacy seriously and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Services or this Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement and the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [STATE], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please do not use the Services.
